How our story began
My story started out with Longhorns and building
something for myself.
Then I met my husband Robert who had been raising angus for years.
We had two different paths, but one shared goal.
We’ve learned a lot along the way and it hasn’t always been easy. But every challenge has helped shape what High Roller is today.
Today we raise quality beef and bring farm-to-table food straight to our community.
This isn’t just a business to us. It’s a piece of our life and we’re proud to share it with you.
Why we do what we do...
Somewhere along the way, food got complicated.
Labels got longer, ingridients got questionable, and it became harder to know where anything actually came from.
